Temporary/Flexible Staffing: We can offer our clients staffing solutions on a short or long-term basis. By fully understanding the staffing requirements of our client partners, Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting is able to establish a core group of employees with the skill sets need to meet staffing demands that result from emergencies of peak demands for productivity. This flexible strategy provides the client partner more effective control of their payroll dollar.
Temporary to Full/Part-time Staffing: If a client partner has a temporary employee that they would like to move into a permanent full or part-time position, the employee will remain on Bergman Brothers’ payroll for 16 weeks or 640 hours, which ever is longer. This enables the client partner to fully observe the employee’s skills, habits, productivity and attitude before making a hiring commitment. This method also helps reduce turnover and avoids unemployment and worker’s compensation claims during this period.
Direct Hire: Candidates are directly referred to our partner clients to fill full and part-time openings. We recruit only the most qualified candidates for each opening, and their references have been checked, skills evaluated and background information verified. We will continue to work closely with the partner client throughout the hiring process. In addition, Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting offers a 60-day replacement guarantee on all its direct placements. If the new employee leaves the position for any reason other than lack of work, we will supply a replacement candidate, one time, at no additional cost to the client partner.
Project Manager/On-Site Coordinator (Bilingual): This type of personnel can also be provided. Hours spent on-site will be flexible and mutually determined by the client partner and Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting. The Project Manager will be responsible for implementing our customer service “follow through” system. Recruiting, interviewing and testing of potential employees, as well as payroll administration is done at our offices and not the job site unless otherwise specified.
Facility (On-Site) Staffing: Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting is able to facilitate the entire functionality of a department or activity at the client partner’s work-site, using their facility for a negotiated price. We would be responsible for all recruiting, staffing, training and management of that department’s employees with the client partner providing the location, equipment and supplies.
Payroll Services: Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting provides a payroll service through which the client partner’s employees, or portion thereof, become employees of Bergman Brothers. While on our payroll, these employees are covered under our worker’s compensation insurance and we pay all applicable federal and state payroll taxes and insurance.
Additional services available through Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting:
Reference Checks: We make every effort to maintain the same standards we use in hiring personnel for Bergman Brothers when we place candidates with client partners. We carefully check the references on any candidate for all long-term assignments.
Drug Testing/Background Checking/Work Eligibility: In keeping with our own corporate policy, we will perform pre-employment drug testing on all applicants assigned to a client partner on an as requested basis. We also conduct criminal background checks as required and we are in full compliance with all federal immigration laws by verifying work eligibility on every applicant prior to their assignment with a client partner.
Industrialized and Clerical Testing and Safety Training: We provide clerical, construction and light industrial testing, and we can design and implement training in a skilled or industrial manufacturing environment. We also administer work place safety videos and training. Each of the above is specifically designed in cooperation with the client partner in order to address the needs of the partner’s particular environment, personnel and equipment.
Transportation Service: In order to insure the dependability and reliability of our employees assigned to special projects, we can transport employees to the work locations as specified by the client partner. This service is provided on an as needed basis.

Spanish Language Competency Training: Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting can empower our client partner’s workplace with the tools necessary to bridge the barriers of language with the Latino/Hispanic workforce. By providing language training, English only speakers are better able to communicate in Spanish and derive higher performance levels from non-native English speakers.
Cross-Cultural Competency Training and Readiness Assessment: By providing this type of specialized assessment and training, we are able to help our client partners better address those issues facing all employers dealing with a multicultural and multilingual workforce. As a result, we can assess the readiness, infrastructure and internal alignment in order to create an environment for success through understanding the value of a multicultural workforce.
