Gilberto Bergman, President and CEO

Gilberto Bergman is the president and CEO of Bergman Brothers Staffing & Consulting and is considered an expert in the human resources industry. He has a successful record in executive placements and administration and he excels in rapidly developing and complex challenges in a variety of hiring environments. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, Gilberto has also demonstrated unsurpassed leadership and creative abilities in assessing market potential. Among his many affiliations, Gilberto is Second Vice President of The Society of Human Resource Management Charlotte Chapter and is a member of several area Chambers of Commerce.

With a Masters in Business Administration from Wingate University, Gilberto also serves as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Nicaragua thus strengthening the existing economic, commercial and cultural ties between the people of North Carolina, America and the people of Nicaragua. This aspect also gives Gilberto a unique perspective and insight in dealing with other Latin American countries with a deepened understanding of their distinct cultures and business processes.

Additionally, Gilberto brings a wealth of knowledge internationally having also lived and worked in Africa and Asia.
He is an Advisor to the Latin America Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of the Latin American Coalition and a member of the Mayor’s International Cabinet in Charlotte, North Carolina.
